About the Project

At its very core, Lab Rats is a youth-centric project. Thus it has been designed in a way that makes robotics more accessible and engaging for young students from disadvantaged backgrounds in India who might not have the opportunity to explore the area otherwise. 

As part of its initial efforts, the project looks forward to combining original, easy-to-follow instructional resources with practical workshops and competitive events that encourage well-rounded learning and confidence. To further its impact, Lab Rats also looks forward to offering support through fundraising, infrastructural development, digital learning videos and collaborations with government-centric educational bodies and policymakers that ultimately broaden access, participation and help contribute to a thriving youth-STEM community.
